Kirk R Menard began his career in 1994 working in the oil and gas industry investigating oil and gas accidents. In 2004, Mr. Menard started his own agency that was known as Menard's Investigative Services, LLC. Menard's Investigative Services, LLC grew by 110% and had a substantial client base for diversified investigations. In 2009, Menard's Investigative Services, LLC merged with Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC. The merger was a success and Kirk R. Menard and Terry L. Lacombe became Managing Partners of Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC.

Mr. Menard is a known legal specialist that specializes in many different fields from insurance fraud, domestic, infidelity, child custody, criminal defense, service of process, locating missing persons, covert surveillance, counter surveillance (sweeps for wiretaps), homicides, civil rights, accidents and incidents, oil and gas expert witness including environmental, loss prevention, automobile accidents, physician malpractice, background checks, civil liability, torts, Jones Act, State and federal courts, corporate embezzlement, corporate fraud, and a host of other specialities. Mr. Menard is currently attending Kaplan University earning a BS Degree in legal studies with an emphasis in forensic psychology and has plans to attend law school. Mr. Menard has conducted and solved several high profile cases and is currently retained on the unsolved homicides in Jeff Davis Parish in Jennings, Louisiana. TERRY L LACOMBE

Terry L Lacombe is a Managing Partner of  Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC. Mr. Lacombe has a wide range of investigative knowledge as well as governmental knowledge on the State and Federal level. Mr. Lacombe has managed multi-million dollar business and brought success to these business with his management and people skills. Mr. Lacombe graduated from McNeese in 1974 with a degree in Economics and Finance. He has a background in accounting with emphasis on auditing, income tax and business management. He has been a licensed insurance agent and security dealer for Prudential Insurance Company. He is a Notary Public and can speak fluent cajun french. He is the Secretary-Treasurer of the Acadia Parish Police Jury and serve on many Parish and State Committees.

Mr. Lacombe completes Advanced Investigative Technologies, LLC with his people skills in dealing with clients and keeping the clients informed of the status of their case. Mr. Lacombe also had the administrative skills and experience to effectively and efficiently manage the day to day operations of this successful investigative agency.
