Kirk R. Menard is an approved instructor to teach the Basic 40-Hour Private Investigator Course. Mr. Menard currently instructs this course at Louisiana Technical College in the Greater Acadiana Region 4 area.

In this course, you will be prepared to take the State Exam given by the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners and is the first step toward obtaining your Private Investigator's license.
